1. Welcome to Soundvio!

1.1 Introduction

Thank you for your interest in Soundvio! We help creators maximize revenue from YouTube Shorts through our music licensing program. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration of interest and potential participation in the Soundvio YouTube Partner Program. By submitting your information through our interest form, you agree to these Terms.

2. Registration Process

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register interest in Soundvio

You must have an active YouTube channel

You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into agreements

2.2 Selection Process

Submitting an interest form does not guarantee acceptance into the program

We review applications based on various criteria including channel metrics and content quality

Selected creators will receive a separate contract with detailed terms of participation

Final acceptance is contingent upon signing the digital contract

3. Program Participation

3.1 Music Access

Upon acceptance, you will receive access to Soundvio's music in one of two ways:

Direct access through YouTube's Audio Library, or

A curated list of available songs for your channel

Music availability is subject to change

Usage of music is governed by YouTube's terms of service and content policies

3.2 Support

Our dedicated personnel will assist you throughout the process

We provide guidance on music selection and usage

Our team helps streamline the implementation process

You will have access to our support team for any questions or assistance needed

3.3 Compliance

You must comply with YouTube monetization policies and guidelines

Regular communication with our team is expected to ensure proper usage

4. Music Usage Rights

Music access is provided exclusively through YouTube's Audio Library

Rights to use the music are limited to YouTube platform

Usage rights may be revoked if program terms are violated

We reserve the right to modify the available music catalog

5. Revenue Sharing & Payments

5.1 Revenue Terms

Revenue sharing terms will be detailed in the separate partnership contract

Revenue is subject to YouTube's monetization policies and terms

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Tipalti payment services

Payment method options are subject to availability within Tipalti's platform

Payments are made on a net 90-day payment schedule

Transfer and payment processing fees may apply depending on:

Your chosen payment method

Your destination account or platform

Your location and local banking requirements

Any applicable transfer fees are deducted by Tipalti or your chosen financial institutions, not by Soundvio

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT:

Submit false information in your application

Share or redistribute access to the music library

Use the music outside of YouTube's platform

Manipulate view counts or engagement metrics

Violate YouTube's terms of service or community guidelines

7. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal data including name, email address, channel information, and location when you submit the interest form

We may collect analytics data to evaluate channel performance and improve our services

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We may share necessary information with YouTube/Google to facilitate program participation

8. Program Termination & Enforcement

8.1 Termination

We may terminate or suspend program participation for violations of these Terms or the partnership contract

YouTube may independently terminate monetization rights according to their policies

Upon termination:

Access to the music library will be revoked

You will still receive any revenue that is subject to be paid within the standard net 90-day payment period

No new revenue will be generated for any continued use of our music after termination

These Terms will remain in effect even after your access to the Services is terminated

8.2 Enforcement Rights

We may take any of the following actions:

Take appropriate action regarding any content that we believe violates these Terms

Disclose your identity to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights

Take legal action for any unauthorized use of the Services

Cooperate with law enforcement authorities or court orders requesting disclosure of your identity or information

You waive and hold harmless Soundvio from any claims resulting from actions taken during or as a consequence of investigations by either Soundvio or law enforcement authorities

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

9.1 Warranties

Soundvio provides services "as is" and without any kind of warranty (express or implied)

We expressly disclaim any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee that:

The services will be secure or available at any particular time or location

Any defects or errors will be corrected

The services will be free of viruses or other harmful materials

The results of using the services will meet your expectations

9.2 Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Soundvio nor our employees, directors, or affiliates shall be liable for:

Any lost profits or revenues

Any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages

Changes in revenue or monetization status

YouTube policy changes or platform decisions

Our aggregate liability for any damages shall not exceed the greater of one hundred ($100) US dollars or the amount paid in the past twelve months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration before any legal action

Venue for any proceedings shall be in Stockholm, Sweden

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time

Significant changes will be communicated via email

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance

13. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Soundvio's music library remain with Soundvio and its licensors

No ownership rights are transferred through program participation

You may not claim ownership or registration rights over any music provided through the program

14. Confidentiality

Program details, revenue sharing terms, and selection criteria are confidential

You agree not to disclose program-specific information without written consent

This obligation continues even after program termination

15. Communications

You agree to receive electronic communications from us regarding your application and program participation

Critical updates will be sent to your registered email address

You are responsible for maintaining current contact information

16. Representations

You represent and warrant that:

Your YouTube channel does not infringe on third-party rights

You have not been previously terminated from the program

You have not been suspended from YouTube's Partner Program

All information provided in your application is true and accurate

17. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control

This includes but is not limited to changes in YouTube policies, platform modifications, or technical issues

By using our website, submitting an interest form or participating in the Soundvio YouTube Partner Program, you agree to these Terms of Service.
