An Important Update regarding Soundvio

To our valued creators,

As of July 2, 2025, the core team responsible for the day-to-day management of Soundvio will be stepping away from the project.

This has been an incredibly difficult decision. Significant operational and communication barriers have made it impossible for us to continue providing the level of service you deserve.

We understand the deep frustration this creates, especially given the confidence we expressed and the momentum Soundvio had built. We're profoundly sorry that circumstances beyond our direct control prevented us from meeting our standards.

Regarding the Future of the Project and All Inquiries:

All operational decisions and responsibilities have always rested with our parent company, which will now assume direct management of all Soundvio operations.

The core team you have interacted with has never had control over financial processing, payment disbursements, or major operational decisions. Throughout our involvement, we operated based on information and assurances provided to us.

Regarding outstanding payments: The data cleanup process referenced in our previous updates has been completed, but we have not received any timeline for when payments will be processed, as these decisions rest entirely with our parent company.
